By downloading or using Flipcheck ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Flipcheck provides estimated resale prices for items based on live listing data from third-party marketplaces (primarily eBay) and machine vision. Estimates are informational only and are not guarantees of the price you will actually receive when reselling an item.
Flipcheck offers a free tier of 5 scans per day. Additional scanning is available through a Pro subscription:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews at the same price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You agree not to (a) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app, (b) use the app to scrape marketplace data in bulk, or (c) use the app for any unlawful purpose.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Price estimates are based on publicly available marketplace data and machine vision; actual resale prices vary. We are not responsible for financial decisions made based on estimates provided by the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for the Pro subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
